. The Call BacK Audition .
LATE is the word for yesterday!
I was late for the rehearsals yesterday because i got up quarter to twelve. Arrived in CCP by almost 1:30 na... Umulan pa bwisit. Bong handled us yesterday and oh my! We're getting there. Kahit na pasilip silip pa din kami sa script,(drop book na dapat,,, kaso....) our new blocking made it all easy for us! Lalo na sa mga lines. 0=) Mahaba pa ang tatahakin kaya nga 1-10 pm kami mamaya eh. haaaaayyy...
At 3, Jen, Tara and I went to Silangan hall for the call back, dun na kami nagkita ni Joel. Andaming tao! nyaaaah! 70 ata kami duon haha! Bunny, the choreographer taught the routine again... i kinda had a hardtime perfecting the dance kasi i don't do folk dance. Mashado nga akong bouncy eh, sabi nga ni Garry Lising. hahaha! (he's part of the call back. kulit!) it was okay though but im not really satisfied... di na kami kumanta. Before the dance, we're divided first into 3 groups. The Indios, Chinese and the Españols. Tara and i were classified as Spanish... haha, sabi nung isang guy sa panel pwede daw ako halo, chinese o spanish hehe. Call back was fun! I had a good time with everyone. It's nice to meet and see a lot of people. Each and everyone is unique but we all have one thing in common, we love theater. I was actually intimidated at first but afterwards i feel at home. hehe. It was a nice experience.
So here iam... again... at work... everything is pretty much the same except for 2 things. First, mas madami ang ulam ko kanina. Bait ni ate sa pantry! and second, this is my last day! Hooooray!!! ill be back sa nov 1 na. But ill drop by here some time this week to submit my medical certificate. Sarado na kasi yung clinic sa CCP kanina.
And so.... im still waiting for the text... the results. I'll feel really happy if i get in. I wanted to... BUT if i didn't at least i'll go back to work in November and earn money... haaaaay... here comes the final decision. Well, it's not really my decision that matters. Dalawa lang yan, pag pumasa,,,, resign. Pag hindi, tuloy sa trabaho at ng makapagipon. Lapit na Christmas and madami ang magbbirthday! Gusto ko sana magpainom sa birthday ko in December, plus, there's so many things i wanna buy these days. Im getting crazy over multiply-shopping! Haha! and i miss buying Chuck Taylors. Money can't buy happiness but i need time and money for myself. Sabi nga ni Richard, my team mate, i look ngarag and that i need a time-off from everything! Parlor, shopping, spa and a lot of beauty rest will do. I'll be on loa for like 2 weeks without pay. How can I survive? Ubos na din savings ko sa house! Nyaaaaah! Whatever happens, i'll accept it. Both has benefits kasi... *sigh*
Anyway, malalaman ko din naman kung ano mangayayari in a few hours... sana... Ayan... di nako mashadong nabobother sa results. hehe. Ang lamig talaga dito sa work! Thanks to Tara for lending her jacket. hehe. May mini notebook ako na Convergys. Wala lang. Ang cute. Hehe. 0=)
I was happy yesterday coz Joel wrote me a letter. Uyyy, first letter! Even if it's a tampo letter, okay lang kasi natuwa talaga ako. Medyo nagkaron kami ng gap dahil di kami nakakapagtxt sa isa't-isa. Yeah yeah. Fault ko yun! But anyway, during the callback, we're okay, we're sweet but not until he played jawbreaker sa phone ko. He saw some text messages that pissed him off. I told him everything... well, he knows everything naman eh. No more lies for me Anna Deroca! After a short serious talk,,, okay na siya... okay nadin ako! Yipeee! His rehearsal is up to 10 and i need to leave for work ng 7. Wasn't able to kiss him goodbye kasi nagrerehearse sila...
I was late for work because it was traffic along buendia and ayala. Ay naku! I don't even want to get off the bus kasi maganda yung movie dvd eh. Hehehe. Nakatulog ulit ako sa work... nyahaha! oh well... what's new?

I went straight home after work this morning. Sobrang sleepy ako... Nakakatulog nako sa taxi! hehe. Ate breakfast (cornedbeef and siningag) tas bihis tas tulog na. I wore my retainers and my favorite pambahay. Gosh... namiss ko dirty ko.... sobra... (fyi, my fav pillows' name is dirty. Had it since i was born from my dear parents!) i woke up at 3pm na... 9 hours of sleep,,, wow. sarap... i uploaded my latest pics from my pda to my computer and then ria, my cousin was watching 3 ninjas so i joined her in mommys' room. 0=) ang cute talaga nila. I remembered our good ol' days when i was sooo crazy in love with rocky, the eldest of the 3 ninjas. haha! I wasn't able to memorize my script, dadalin ko na lang siya sa work hehe. I got here, at work, just in time... haaaayyyy. Second to the last day ko na dito. Loa nko sa friday, off ko ng wed-thurs. Shit. I need to buy a modem na kasi di na libre ang net! haha! I thought id do good with my calls today but no... petiks pa din. haha! It's a holiday today in the US, Columbus day kaya siguro medyo low volume. Extended yung promo ng 7,500pesos for perfect attendance, oh well, di na naman ako qualified eh. hehe. I feel like a girlie girl today. Maybe because of my outfit... It's my first time to wear this brown top from topshop. hehehe. Naninibago tuloy sila. hehe. *sigh* kakatamad na talaga dito... Halos lahat kami nakapetiks mode. Friendster, multiply, chat, tas tong si Carlo naglalaro ng battle city. haha! Haven't decided yet what to sing tom sa audition.... cramming ulit to!
Woke up at lunchtime yesterday. I had my phone alarm at 9:30 am so that i could work on my dance routine for the audition that afternoon but i was too sleepy to get up. Got home at about 6am... so 5 hours lang tulog ko. After 50 crunches (nakakatamad kasi), i got up and went straight to the dining room. Sarap ng lunch! Sinigang tas pineapple juice tas leche flan for dessert! While eating lunch with my family, sabi ni mommy "Haaay... kasama na ulit natin si anna kumain!" oh well... She's right. After eating i took a quick bath, do some warm-ups, worked on my dance, ayos-ayos gamit tas alis na. Di ko na dinala yung car kasi im saving, di na din ako nagpasundo sa tryc kasi 30 pesos pa yun! Walking is fun! Hehe... at least 7 lang tryc tas makakapag exercise ka pa. hehehe. 0=)
Mga 1:30 nako nakarating kala Joel. He wants to be first kasi sa audition. 2pm pa yun. Aba'y natutulog pa siya ng aking datnan! Ay sus! Shempre ginising ko siya. hehehe. Nakarating kami sa CCp ng mga past 3 na. Pang 8 ako, siya nine. I got rid of my old monologue of rosing and tried to refresh sarah's monologue. Haaaay. Yung dance ko sa utak ko lang nagawa at napagdikit-dikit. haha! I met Kenjie at ang kulit kulit niya and i was glad to see gerard. Hehe. The audition went well... Dance nga lang eh... Di ko din nagamit yung dance routine ko. They provided the steps and the music, we just need to show our own movements and skills in 8 counts. I panicked (sorta) when i entered the room and they told me to sing. NYaaaaaaah! Well, i really do want to sing but im not prepared! I sang one of my favorite mass song and i don't know the title! Basta yung chorus niya...
"Siya ang dapat tanggapin at kilanin sa buhay mo. Siya'y noon, bukas, ngayon, sa dalangin mo'y tugon, Siya ay si Hesus sa bawat panahon..."
I even forgot the first line kaya medyo natawa na lang ako. After singing, dance na. It was... whoa! Yung 8 counts na free movement naging 80 counts? Basta nigawa ko lahat ng cheerdancing stunts! Sabi kasi gawin yun. Cartwheel, One-hand cartwheel, roundoff, leg raise, split, japanese split, jutei (mali spelling.hehe), bridge, scorpion, front roll, back roll, more splits,,, tas bumagsak pa ko sa unang headstand! Nyahaha! So inulit ko ulit, but this time with deep concentration! Ayun ok naman! hahaha! I forgot to do struddle! oh well... ang haba ng nagawa ko kasi ang bilis ng music, tribal... i had fun though. 0=)
I recieved a text message from my mom last night, mga 9:41pm, she said somebody called from CCP and said that i have a call back on tuesday! Bukas na yun! And then after a few hours i got a text message from Chie of Tanghalang Pilipino about the call back too. I need to prepare a monologue or a song tas may dance ulit. Oh well.... better be ready for tomorrow! No more cramming! Need to think of a good song. I wanna do both para masaya! Hehehe.
Haven't memorized Menangs' lines. Haay.. drop book na tomorrow. Pahinga muna ako today, monday. Guess i'll just stay home to read and practice for the audition. Joel needs to memorize his lines as well. Mas mahaba nga mga lines niya eh, halos puro monologue! and he also needs some preparation for the call back... so time out muna kami... so i'll see him on Tuesday pa...

Yahoo! Kagabi lang kami nag-kailaw and im not even home. Hehe. Anyway, ill be home tomorrow morning after work, sundo ako ni mama o baka sumabay ako kay Leif... Anyway, sobrang hectic. Just talked to my new team leader, Camille and she's sooooo nice! Papaalam pa siya if pwede ako mag undertime sa mga ibang days this month or if wala talagang choice, loa... she even discussed about the part time program. Ay grabe, sa wakas,,, medyo ok na yung utak ko ngayon about work! So,,, loa ng buong october tas pag may raket sa nov, loa ulit, pag hindi na kaya, part time. Yehey! Sana din may shift change sa november... oh well...
Anyways.... we're done with the blockings on the first part of the play. Takte, di pa din consistent yung voice ko lalo na yung kanta ko! arghs! we need more practice! I was supposed to audition after the rehearsal today kaso di ako prepared! Wala akong monologue, sabog ung dance ko and im having 2nd thoughts to sing. *sigh* tomorrow na lang sabay kami ni joel.
Ang sarap talaga ng liempo dun sa may parking lot sa tabi ng st.scho. You should try it. Mura pa 0=) Ay! bat ganun na yung Tulyase? Hometown ng mga tomboy! Iba na talaga siya.. samantalang dati nung college years ko antahitahimik. Hahaha!
Joel and I spent some quality time last friday. Pareho kaming nahihirapan sa play.. Don't worry, kayang-kaya mo yan. Kelangan mo lang naman maging girl eh 0=) haha! Unting-unti na din kaming nagiging legal sa Tanghalan... hehehe. Oh well... di naman problema yun eh. Mas maganda nga yun eh! Mabuti na yung nalalaman nila na kami. Hehe. Pero shempre pag sa work, work shempre. 0=) (ows?) nyahaha! Shempre ang kukulit ng mga tao sa paligid pero okay lang. Haha!
Yan lang muna as of now... wala akong masahdong news eh. hehe. basta may ilaw na kami!

BAd news muna... NUMBER ONE - WALA PA DIN KAMING KURYENTE! 3 houses na lang kaming walang ilaw sa may area namin. 0=( kamusta naman yun? 1 week na! Mahirap matulog ng nagpapaypay. Yung generator fan, 3 hrs lang! Goodluck naman! 0=( *sigh*
NUMBER TWO - Walang naaprove sa mga leaves ko ngayong October! HAysus!Ansaya-saya! Well, except for october 30. *sigh*
NUMBER THREE - Ang hirap mag internalize ng 50 years old. Im having a hard time with the voice! 0=( ang hirap! Bumabata ako. Im not consistent. *sigh*
NUMBER FOUR - Cancelled ang classes for the whole month because of the 20th Theater Season, AC showcase... meaning no Jazz! huhuhu. Im enjoying every minute of it! We're in the process of completing a funky jazz dance number for the Christmas party! NUMBER FIVE - WALA PA DIN KAMING ILAW! grrrr
NUMBER SIX - Bakit yung ibang tao di ako maintindihan? Ganun ba ko kagulo? Ang simple simple lang kelangan pang guluhin. Tsk tsk tsk... *sigh* NUMBER SEVEN - Fudge. wala nakong pera. nyaaaaaaah! NUMBER EIGHT - Haven't watched step up! Wala kaming oras ng mahal ko... *sigh* NUMBER NINE - Less time with joel... Our october is filled with rehearsals! Hapon ako siya gabi. *sigh*
Eto na GooD NeWs!!! 0=) NUMBER ONE - May play na kaming tatlo nina Jen and Tara! Sa wakas! May napili na din si Sir Herbie kasi ang dami na talaga naming nirecommend kaso di niya trip. Wahhoooo! I can't wait to experience the ultimate-the unbeatable-the bone-shaking directing method of Herbert Go. Tatlo-Tatlo ang title. I'll be playing Menang, ang kerengkeng na oldie. Hehe. Im sooo happy! Kasi 3 na lang talaga kming walang play sa AC, buti na lang! And we have like 3 weeks to work on this 1 act comedy. oooh i can't wait! Kahit na medyo ngarag, okay lang! Wenah and Marj will be helping us but our director, the main man is Bong. Hehe.
NUMBER TWO - Since wala akong approved na VL... FINE! LOA ito! Im going to file Leave of Absences for 17 days. HAHA! 17 days of theatre and no call center work... can't wait! 0=)
NUMBER THREE - Finally grabbed Reader's Digest for the month of September. Always ako tinatanong ni papa eh... He wants me to read an article from RD which is the 5 inspiring people. Ay grabe. Naiyak naman ako! Chaka ko na ikkwento yung tungkol doon. 0=) i miss you papa! NUMBER FOUR - I know it's early but i've got a gift for my mom on her birthday next month! Yapeee! Sana sana okay... Kay nanic wala pa eh. Gusto niya daw ng stuffed toy na pusa ba yun?

Ganda ng game! Actually, pinagdasal ko talaga kay Kuya Jess na manalo UST para matuwa si joel. Haha! Mashado kasi siyang confident na mananalo sila kasi tinambakan nila ateneo nung game 2. Ayan tuloy, nagtino ang Ateneo kaya buti na lang panalo uste. At sa sobrang saya niya, ayan naiyak pa. AY SUS!
This 5am after work, joel picked me up and headed to his hometown in Bulacan. Birthday kasi ng mom niya. I met his pamangkins, lovely tita's, his ate joan, his dear mama and of course his cute doggie, angel. Hehe. 0=) Ang ganda ng church nila doon! San Lorenzo Ruiz parish. 0=) It's my first time to visit that church so I made a wish! After eating breakfast, we went out to walk angel. It was a bright windy morning kaya sarap maglakad. Angel is so beautiful kaya daming may crushie sa kanya doon. Hehe. After a long chitchat with her sister, who also works in a call center, sprint siya!, nakatulog din kami. I woke up after 2 and a half hours then ate lunch. Liempo! sarap sarap! 0=) Watched TV afterwards tas tulog ulit. Joel and I talked about stuffs while waiting for me to sleep and him playing jawbreaker. *sigh* he woke me up ng mga 4:35pm na and i was surprised to see him beside me, nagsleep din siya. We're supposed to watched the bball game sa uste kaso tinamad na siya. hehe. Ate merienda after taking a bath and then we left ng mga 6pm. Tas bwisit lakas ng ulan! ARgh! Yummy ng ref cake ng sister niya.. i suddenly miss gem's ref cake. Haaay. Sobrang busog ako today! Wahoo! His mom is really wonderful. Ü nagsusumbong sakin dahil di na daw umuuwi si joel sa kanya... tsk tsk... ang cute nila nung nakahug sila. 0=) im looking forward to meet everyone in his family... soon, mangyayari din yun.
WALA PA DIN KAMING ILAW! Kamusta naman yun? huhu. Joel will pick me up again tom after work, dun muna ako sa kanila then ill go home by 11am to get my things for class tom. I forgot na the steps for jazz class. nyak!

Hay nako. Four days ng walang kuryente sa bahay. Oh well, im not really affected coz i never stayed home these past few days. This morning after work, i went straight home to sleep. Argh. Ang init. Buti na lang may water.Ü Anyway, i went out to meet joel and we went to greenbelt to hear mass. 0=/ hay. Gusto ko talaga mag absent kaso i've got another disciplinary notice! I can't be absent for the next 90 days! Goodluck. Hay nako talaga. Anyway, good thing mrt and lrt are already working and some of the roads are clear now. It's scary to drive around dark areas with loose wires evrywhere. *sigh*
I miss my AC classes. Can't wait for tuesday! JAzz class again. We're done with ballet (sa wakas!). And then voice. Shux. Need to practice my piece. Parati kasi ako wala sa tono eh. haha! I miss arnis too. I hope this wednesday wushu naman! 0=) I haven't finished reading Mary Stuart. Patay nanaman ako niyan sa Script analysis. Parati na lang ako kinakabahan! I'll make sure that i'll sit and work my ass on it before friday. Wala pa din kaming script for acting classes. *sigh* di ko pa din tapos basahin yung Calm Down Mother. Waaaaaaaaaaah! cramming. . .
My joel is now the ac coordinator. CONGRATS! hehehe. 0=) more work for him pero ok lang. Kayang kaya niya yun... we'll make sure na we'll still have time for each other pa din.

Sayang wala akong battery, wala tuloy kaming picture sa gitna ng bagyo!
Sa katigasan ng ulo ni anna deroca, ayan. Nag-adventure ng di oras. hehe. Nilusob ang delubio ni Milenyo kaninang umaga. Well actually, dapat sasabay ako kay Tita Ness pagpasok niya sa opis kaso... di ako pinayagan ni mama umalis ng house kasi signal number 3 na. I've got to attend my class sa CCP no matter what. Kasi sabi ni Tad di daw nagssuspend ng class dun eh chaka shempre gusto ko makita si batman. 0=) Anyway, i tried to call my cousin kasi sasabay na lang ako sa kanya kaso too bad, wala din silang work today. KUNG GUSTO MAY PARAAN, KUNG AYAW MARAMING DAHILAN. Yan ang tumatak sa utak ko kaninang 8am. Sayang naman ang gising ko ng alas singco kung itutulog ko na lang diba? Chaka di ko nakasama si joel yesterday after class ng matagal kaya... ayun, after eating breakfast (sardines! yum!), nagsimula na ang aking wet journey. haha! Masarap pa una sa trycycle. 0=) ang hangin! SARAP! picture picture pko sa tryc. Tas jeep. Haaaaay. Nilakad ko halos buong service road dahil ang mga jeep scaredy-cat sa baha! Lumusot ako kasama ng mga fellow-stranded people sa parang yuping bakal ba yun? Basta yung harang sa serv. rd to s.super hiway. Tas dun kami naglakad. BAit pa ng isang mama, inoffer pko sumakay sa motor niya kaso lalo lang siya bibigat dahil mabigat si jansport eh. hehe. Muntikan pko madulas kasi eengot-engot, bakit ako naka-chucks?! After ng slippery journey sa serv rd, sa wakas nakarating din ako sa Nichols at dun sumakay ng jeep. *sigh* kakatakot! Nasira na ng tuluyan ang aking dear umbrella... (you're such a savior!). Baba sa may edsa at lakad ulit papuntang mrt. At ayun na! Si batman ay inabangan ako sa may lrt. 0=) hehe. Hanap kami net shop kaso lahat sarado. Ang saya! Ang lakas ng ulan! Wahooooo! Para kaming dinadala ng hangin papunta saan man. Anyway, tumambay na lang kami sa CCP. Naggym kami parehas at hindi ako natuwa... well.. except for the last part haha! KAsi may mumu! Yung door knob nagrrock. Parang may gustong pumasok, wala namang tao... tas more than 5 times namatay yung ilaw. 0=( Natakot ako sobra kasi di ako prepared makakita ngayon. Anjan nga si joel pero yaw ko talaga makakita. NOT NOW! Di tuloy ako nakapag crunches and workout sa legs. 0=( sa arms lang, ang sakit sakit. huhu. After gym, baba kami sa LT lobby para magbasa ng Mary Stuart. Hay... Nakatulog lang ako sa lap niya. Hehe. TApos usap-usap pagkagising at siya naman yung nakatulog sa lap ko tas usap-usap. Grabe, lakas ni milenyo! Ginigiba na yung CCP! Nitanggla na nga yung door chaka yung mga sabit sabit sa labas kasi sa sobrang lakas ng hangin humahampas na yung glass doors. Mga 3:30pm na kami nakaalis sa CCP kasi gutom na kami! Lakad kami pauwi sa kanila. Grabe. Daming yero, mga puno bumagsak and yung pinka-scary, ang daming ligaw na wires! Nyaaaaah! Sobrang saya kasi anlamig chaka shempre... nyahaha! Sa halagang 20 pesos, nakapag tryc kami papuntang beundia since off line ang mrt at lrt, para makasakay ng bus papuntang makati! Sarado glorietta! Argh! Lunch/dinner kami sa sm foodcourt. Sarap! Tas nagcharge din ako duon haha! Tambay sa supermarket tas dumating si gem, sa wakas nameet na niya si joel. Hehe. Tas ayun, hatid na niya ko dito sa work, nagspark pa yung isang poste! Waaaah! At shempre, hirap nanaman maghiwalay. 0=(
